I Can Help You Find The Right Therapist for Your Family
I worked for Child Welfare of Boulder County for almost twenty years, first as a social worker for abused and neglected children, teens and their families, then as the supervisor of a team of social workers across Boulder County. I worked closely and collaboratively with a variety of different therapists, attorneys, guardian ad litems, judges, probation officers, residential care facilities, and schools.
I have worked with hundreds of families over the years, many with members who suffered serious mental health and/or drug related issues. I developed a real understanding of who could best help each family based on their unique needs. Over and over again, I witnessed how the right therapist would dramatically improve a family’s functioning. I found that a good match didn’t just make a difference. It was transformative.
I Am Not A Directory
I am here to personally help you. Align With A Therapist is not a directory—there are plenty of those websites out there, and therapists pay the directory for their listing. By contrast, the therapists in my network do not pay me to be a member. I am doing this because I truly believe my personal experience with hundreds of therapists in Boulder County can help you find exactly the right therapist for your child, saving you money and valuable time. You can call me for a free 15-minute consultation at 720-514-9098. If you are not able to reach me immediately please leave me a message and I will return your call. Or please contact me via email, suzy@alignwithatherapist.com.
Navigating the complex task of choosing the right therapist for your family can be daunting. It is not uncommon for people to go from one therapist to the next for months in a quest to find the right one. This can be expensive, time-consuming, confusing and frustrating for you and your family, some of whom may reject the entire process in the first place. I can quickly steer you to just the right professional, alleviating needless frustration in your family.
