I’m looking for a therapist in Denver. Does your network include that metro area?

My current network of therapists work in Boulder County. However, some are able to do therapy sessions over the phone.

I’m only interested in working with a female therapist. Do you include preferences like that in your search?

Yes! The purpose of my service is to understand all your specific preferences so I can ensure a good therapeutic match.

I have a teenager who needs therapy but is reluctant to commit. Will you talk with him?

Yes! Included in my service is a phone consultation or face-to-face meeting, with any members of the family who are in need of services.

I travel a lot for work and scheduling is difficult for me. Are there good options for someone like me with an inconsistent schedule?

Yes, there are therapists in my network who do therapy over the phone, which is a great option for people with challenging schedules, or for whom mobility is an issue.

Do you work with therapists that take insurance and/or are willing to do a sliding scale fee?

Yes. There are therapists in my network who work with various insurance companies and who are willing to adjust fees on a sliding scale.

Tell me about your vetting process. How do you select the therapists in your network?

I’ve met with every therapist in my network to understand their specialty, style, and qualifications, as well as their professionalism and quality of service. Therapists do not pay a fee to be in my network.

Do you charge therapists to be in your network? Do they pay you for your referrals?

Absolutely no money is exchanged between the therapists and me. Referrals are based solely what value, quality and effectiveness I believe you will derive from the therapist I’ve matched with you.

I have a child with special needs. Do you have therapists in your network who specialize in clients with disabilities?

Yes. I have therapists who work with clients with a variety of special needs.

I’m in an urgent situation. How soon can I expect you to be in contact with me?

I respond to all requests within 24 hours, either via email or phone. However, if this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

What happens if the therapist you’ve matched me with doesn’t work out for me?

My work is 100% guaranteed: if after your first session, you feel the match is unsuccessful, we’ll keep working together until we find the right therapist for you.
